What is Social Impact?
Social Impact is a new way for organizations to distribute short, interactive storytelling experiences designed to educate, inspire reflection and create meaningful conversations.
Who is Social Impact designed for?
It is designed for NGOs, foundations, municipalities, schools, hospitals, governments, charities, community organizations and companies with social impact initiatives.
What makes Social Impact different from a traditional awareness campaign?
Instead of relying on brochures, PDFs or static content, Social Impact uses interactive storytelling designed for the way young people naturally communicate today.
What does a participant experience?
Participants enter a mobile-first story experience that feels natural, personal and conversational rather than academic or institutional.
How long does an experience take?
Most Social Impact experiences are designed to be completed in approximately 5 to 15 minutes.
Do participants need to install an app?
No. Experiences open directly in a web browser and work without app installation.
Does Social Impact work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every experience is designed mobile-first and can be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
How does an organization distribute an experience?
After purchase, the organization receives a private campaign link and QR Code to share through WhatsApp, email, social media, posters, events or existing community channels.
Do organizations need to distribute individual codes manually?
No. One campaign link or QR Code can be shared with the entire intended audience.
How do digital licenses work?
Each organization purchases a defined number of licenses. Every participant who enters through the campaign link automatically claims one available license.
Can multiple people use the same campaign link?
Yes. The same campaign link can be shared widely until all purchased licenses have been claimed.
What happens when all licenses have been claimed?
The campaign reaches its allocation limit and no additional participants can begin the experience unless more licenses are purchased.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. The participant experience is designed to be simple and immediate, without requiring a personal account.
Can a participant continue an experience later?
Yes. When returning from the same browser and device, the participant can continue their assigned experience.
Does Social Impact collect sensitive personal information from participants?
The participant flow is designed to minimize friction and does not require users to create a personal account to begin an experience.
What topics are available?
Topics may include human education in the age of AI, mental health, suicide prevention, resilience, violence prevention, healthy relationships, digital wellbeing and other social impact themes.
Can Social Impact support existing programs or campaigns?
Yes. Organizations can use Social Impact as a standalone initiative or as part of a broader educational, prevention, wellbeing or community engagement strategy.
Can campaigns be shared across different communities or regions?
Yes. A campaign link can be distributed across multiple communities, schools, events or geographic areas, according to the organization’s plan.
Are experiences available in multiple languages?
Language availability depends on each individual experience. Organizations can contact Mezel Education to discuss language requirements for future campaigns.
Can an organization request a custom experience?
Yes. Mezel Education can discuss custom storytelling experiences, specialized topics and tailored campaigns for selected partners.
What happens after an organization completes its purchase?
The platform creates the campaign, prepares the purchased licenses and provides the organization with a private campaign link and QR Code for distribution.
How is payment handled?
Purchases are completed securely through the Social Impact checkout process using Stripe.
Does each organization receive its own dashboard?
At the current launch stage, campaign administration is managed centrally through Reading XP. Organizations receive their campaign link and QR Code, while Mezel Education can provide campaign support and reporting.
Can organizations measure the reach of a campaign?
Reading XP tracks allocated, available and claimed licenses. Campaign-level reach information can be coordinated with Mezel Education.
Are Social Impact experiences a replacement for emergency, clinical or counseling support?
No. Social Impact experiences are designed to educate, encourage reflection and open conversations. They do not replace professional mental health care, emergency services, crisis intervention or clinical support.
