Dear Education Leader,
It is easy to look at this generation and conclude that young people no longer read.
They live surrounded by screens, notifications, videos, messages and constant
digital stimulation. Yet I believe the real question is not whether they read.
The real question is what kind of reading experiences are reaching them.
Every generation discovers stories differently. This generation often
discovers them through screens, dialogue, images, emotion, choices,
suspense and shared digital experiences. Their attention is not lost;
it is being competed for every day.
That is why, at Mezel Education International, we believe young people need
more than another assignment, worksheet or traditional reading requirement.
They deserve stories that meet them where they are while inviting them toward
deeper thinking, stronger character and a clearer sense of purpose.
Through The Reading XP, our commitment is to produce world-class interactive
reading experiences that combine storytelling, technology and emotional
engagement. Experiences that help young people rediscover the power of reading,
not as an obligation, but as a place where they can imagine the future, question
the world around them and discover the value they bring as human beings.
Our purpose is not to replace the valuable work already taking place in
classrooms, educational programs or community initiatives. Our purpose is to
provide schools, districts and organizations with a powerful shared experience
that strengthens reading engagement, encourages meaningful conversations and
inspires young people beyond the experience itself.
Thank you for the responsibility you carry every day: helping young people
prepare not only for the future they will enter, but also for the kind of
people they will become within it.
Reading has never been more important. The challenge is no longer simply
convincing young people to read. The challenge is giving them experiences
worth reading.
We would be honored to partner with your organization and bring this experience
to the young people you serve.
